The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a Winter Storm Watch for most of northwest Iowa. Snowfall amounts of 6-10″ along and near Highway 20 are possible Tuesday, with 4-8″ possible near a line from Spencer, IA to Yankton, SD.
